Postanowienia og\u00f3lne<\/h2>\r\n<p>Niniejszy Regulamin okre\u015bla warunki \u015bwiadczenia us\u0142ug, zasady odpowiedzialno\u015bci oraz zasady zachowania obowi\u0105zuj\u0105ce go\u015bci przebywaj\u0105cych w Sole D'Oro przy Via Tenente Gaspare Romano 90 w Mazara del Vallo na Sycylii.<\/p>\r\n<p>Dokonuj\u0105c rezerwacji i zameldowania, go\u015bcie potwierdzaj\u0105, \u017ce przeczytali i zrozumieli niniejszy Regulamin oraz zgadzaj\u0105 si\u0119 go przestrzega\u0107.<\/p>\r\n<p>Umowa najmu obowi\u0105zuje przez okres wskazany w potwierdzeniu rezerwacji.<\/p>\r\n\r\n<h2>2. Zameldowanie, wymeldowanie i rejestracja<\/h2>\r\n<p>Zameldowanie jest mo\u017cliwe od godz. 15:00 w dniu przyjazdu. Wymeldowanie nale\u017cy zako\u0144czy\u0107 do godz. 10:00 w dniu wyjazdu.<\/p>\r\n<p>Aby dope\u0142ni\u0107 obowi\u0105zkowej rejestracji go\u015bci, nale\u017cy przed przyjazdem, a najp\u00f3\u017aniej podczas zameldowania, przes\u0142a\u0107 zdj\u0119cie lub skan wa\u017cnego dokumentu to\u017csamo\u015bci (dowodu osobistego lub paszportu) na adres soledoro10@gmail.com.<\/p>\r\n<p>P\u00f3\u017ane przyjazdy w nocy lub op\u00f3\u017anienia nale\u017cy wcze\u015bniej zg\u0142osi\u0107 obiektowi.<\/p>\r\n<p>Je\u015bli apartament nie zostanie opuszczony do godz. 10:00 bez wcze\u015bniejszego uzgodnienia, obiekt zastrzega sobie prawo do naliczenia op\u0142aty za dodatkow\u0105 noc.<\/p>\r\n\r\n<h2>3. Zasady zachowania i cisza nocna<\/h2>\r\n<p>Cisza nocna obowi\u0105zuje od godz. 22:00 do 08:00.<\/p>\r\n<p>Go\u015bcie powinni zachowywa\u0107 si\u0119 w spos\u00f3b, kt\u00f3ry nie zak\u0142\u00f3ca spokoju innych mieszka\u0144c\u00f3w budynku ani s\u0105siedztwa.<\/p>\r\n<p>Na terenie obiektu mog\u0105 nocowa\u0107 wy\u0142\u0105cznie zarejestrowani go\u015bcie. Niezarejestrowani odwiedzaj\u0105cy nie mog\u0105 przebywa\u0107 w obiekcie po godz. 22:00 bez zgody w\u0142a\u015bciciela.<\/p>\r\n\r\n<h2>4. Palenie i imprezy<\/h2>\r\n<p>Palenie w apartamencie \u2014 w tym papieros\u00f3w, innych wyrob\u00f3w tytoniowych oraz e-papieros\u00f3w\/urz\u0105dze\u0144 do wapowania \u2014 jest surowo zabronione.<\/p>\r\n<p>Za naruszenie tej zasady zostanie naliczona op\u0142ata 150 \u20ac na pokrycie koszt\u00f3w gruntownego sprz\u0105tania i usuwania zapachu.<\/p>\r\n<p>Imprezy, wieczory kawalerskie\/panie\u0144skie i inne g\u0142o\u015bne zgromadzenia s\u0105 surowo zabronione. Naruszenie tej zasady mo\u017ce skutkowa\u0107 natychmiastowym zako\u0144czeniem pobytu bez zwrotu koszt\u00f3w.<\/p>\r\n\r\n<h2>5. Zwierz\u0119ta<\/h2>\r\n<p>Ma\u0142e zwierz\u0119ta s\u0105 akceptowane wy\u0142\u0105cznie wtedy, gdy zostan\u0105 zg\u0142oszone podczas rezerwacji i wcze\u015bniej zaakceptowane przez obiekt.<\/p>\r\n<p>W\u0142a\u015bciciele zwierz\u0105t ponosz\u0105 pe\u0142n\u0105 odpowiedzialno\u015b\u0107 za wszelkie szkody spowodowane przez zwierz\u0119 i s\u0105 zobowi\u0105zani po nim sprz\u0105ta\u0107.<\/p>\r\n\r\n<h2>6. Korzystanie z wyposa\u017cenia, klimatyzacja i segregacja odpad\u00f3w<\/h2>\r\n<p>Prosimy go\u015bci o odpowiedzialne korzystanie z energii elektrycznej i wody. Klimatyzacj\u0119 nale\u017cy wy\u0142\u0105cza\u0107, gdy apartament jest pusty lub gdy okna s\u0105 otwarte.<\/p>\r\n<p>Go\u015bcie s\u0105 zobowi\u0105zani przestrzega\u0107 zasad segregacji odpad\u00f3w obowi\u0105zuj\u0105cych w gminie Mazara del Vallo i wyrzuca\u0107 odpady do odpowiednich pojemnik\u00f3w.<\/p>\r\n<p>Przed opuszczeniem apartamentu upewnij si\u0119, \u017ce wszystkie okna i drzwi s\u0105 zamkni\u0119te, a wszystkie urz\u0105dzenia elektryczne (z wyj\u0105tkiem lod\u00f3wki) s\u0105 wy\u0142\u0105czone.<\/p>\r\n\r\n<h2>7. Odpowiedzialno\u015b\u0107 za szkody i zgubione klucze<\/h2>\r\n<p>Go\u015bcie ponosz\u0105 pe\u0142n\u0105 odpowiedzialno\u015b\u0107 za wszelkie szkody, uszkodzenia lub brakuj\u0105ce przedmioty spowodowane podczas pobytu przez nich samych lub ich go\u015bci.<\/p>\r\n<p>Wszelkie istniej\u0105ce wcze\u015bniej uszkodzenia lub usterki zauwa\u017cone po przyje\u017adzie nale\u017cy niezw\u0142ocznie zg\u0142osi\u0107 obiektowi.<\/p>\r\n<p>Za zgubione lub uszkodzone klucze\/karty dost\u0119pu pobierana jest op\u0142ata w wysoko\u015bci 50 \u20ac.<\/p>\r\n<p>Obiekt nie ponosi odpowiedzialno\u015bci za got\u00f3wk\u0119 ani warto\u015bciowe przedmioty pozostawione bez nadzoru w apartamencie.<\/p>\r\n\r\n<h2>8.
